Preventative Maintenance

We believe that preventative maintenance is a very important factor to keeping your home in good condition. That is why we include some general items such as changing out furnace filters on schedule and providing a gutter cleaning in our regular fees. Some companies feel this should be the tenant responsibility, but most tenants don’t remember to do either of these things and it is your property that suffers.

We also recommend other inspections throughout the year, particularly when it comes to your HVAC system and plumbing. We have worked out special pricing with our vendors to make this necessary expense affordable to you.
