Tenants are able to submit general maintenance issues through our online portal or they can call in to get immediate assistance. Any maintenance issue that would cost the owner more than $250, will get pre-approved by the owner before the work is done. Please note that if said issue is an emergency and the owner cannot be reached, we will do what is necessary and get everything in working order. We do our best to diagnose the problem before sending someone out in order to keep costs down. Again, we highly recommend preventative maintenance in order to avoid these more expensive issues
before they happen.
